Meet Brad Carlson

Community Wellness Leader & Chief Wellness Strategist

Brad Carlson is the creator of the Live Happy, Healthy & Inspired philosophy and a passionate advocate for personal transformation. His journey began when he realized he wasn’t living the healthy, vibrant life he truly wanted. Determined to change, Brad transformed his own life—losing over 50 pounds, developing a love for trail running and adventure, and discovering the powerful connection between mindset, health, and purpose.


Today, Brad shares the lessons from that journey to help others create lasting change in their own lives. Through books, programs, and speaking, he teaches simple, practical strategies for building healthy habits, shifting mindset, reducing stress, and aligning with one’s authentic self.


Brad holds a BS in Biology and an MS in Environmental Science and is a licensed spiritual practitioner with Centers for Spiritual Living. Through the Live Happy, Healthy & Inspired platform, he helps people flourish in mind, body, and spirit so they can become the happiest, healthiest, most inspired version of themselves.
